OK, now, do me a favor and read this next quote very carefully:
1. The use of violence or the threat of violence, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political goals.
2. Resort to terrorizing methods as a means of coercion, or the state of fear and submission produced by the prevalence of such methods.
3. The act of terrorizing, or state of being terrorized; a mode of government by terror or intimidation.
Tell me how ANTIFA does not meet this definition? The truth is, ANTIFA is — by definition — a terrorist group. Since they also meet the definition of ‘domestic,’ this makes them a domestic terrorist group. This cannot be argued by any rational person.
So, why haven’t they been treated the same way the people caught up in the January 6 ordeal were treated???

ANSWER: the American Left (DNC/Media/Corproate America/Etc.) supports ANTIFA! ANTIFA is their ‘black/brown shirts.’ This means that ANTIFA is the guerilla/para-military arm of the American Left. The Left will never even acknowledge ANTIFA’s sedition, but they will falsely accuse and prosecut etheir political enemies under false accusation of the very thing ANTIFA has and is doing.
It’s all based on definitions, folks. Just apply them accurately and the answers fall into place…
BY now, most of you have heard that Roe vs. Wade has been shot down. Good! It deserved to be — because it was bad law. But so is this latest ruling. Once again, the SCOTUS has tried to pass-off on the real issue: defining life.

This is a very simple issue — if we would only return to originalist thinking (like the Founders said we are supposed to use when ‘interpreting’ the Constitution).
1st — Ultimately, the Right to life is found in the Declaration of Independence, which is our founding document and carries the weight of law. This is not B3A’s opinion; it is the direct assertion of the Founders! So, it is not open to debate, and the only ones who claim otherwise are those who wish to subvert the foundation of our government.
2nd — Even if we refuse to address the Declaration, then we have the Bill of Rights. When was the last time you read this?
Fifth Amendment
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
The unborn child is a human being with an individual Right to their life. As such, the Federal government has a duty to protect the unborn’s life. It is not the woman’s body. This is by definition. So, in order to justify the taking of that child’s life, the woman has to be able to show a compelling need that would also justify the taking of a life from a random person picked off the street. This is the measuring stick against which the woman has to make her case; not the fallacious claim of ‘my body, my choice.’
One more thing: if you think that the unborn is not a human under our laws, you need to return to the Founders. They counted the unborn as a human life from the point of the quickening. They used this point because it was the first sure sign they had in their day that the woman was pregnant. We cannot know if they would have assigned personhood from the first moment ya pregnancy test shows the woman is pregnant, but we can readily infer that they considered an unborn person to be a human life which, according to the Declaration, imparts a right to that life from the moment of creation (‘created equal, and with the inalienable right to life…’).
There! I just wrote the Constitutional opinion the SCOTU still refuses to write, and it is 100% within the Founders’ frame work of the Declaration and Constitution.
As a teacher of some 15+ years now, and a blogger of more than 20 years, I can tell you this is absolutely true. Not only can’t the heard think, but it fiercely resists any attempt to help it learn how to think.
Again, this is absolutely true! Now, do you know why it is true?
I have found that, more often than not, the reason the herd hates those who think for themselves is because the herd knows that thinking for themselves means they have to accept responsibility for their own actions. They much prefer to preserve the false idea that, if they do not think and just do as they are told, then they have a scape-goat to blame for their wrongs. The free thinker tears away the lie and forces the herd to face the Truth it wishes to ignore. Thus, the herd hates the free thinker.
Sadly, the herd is wrong, but then, the herd would have to think for themselves before they can see and understand this Truth…
OK, finished? I hope so because, if you didn’t bother to read the article, what follows will be largely lost on you.
First, did you notice that the whole article was written with what is known in logic as, ‘loaded language?‘ Well, that is a fallacy. So, in spite of the fact that this piece is labeled as ‘opinion,’ it is — in fact — propaganda. I say this because it is ‘opinion’ promoted by the State-aligned media. [Notice how I wrote State-aligned instead of State-controlled? Yeah, I did that so no one could accuse me of using loaded language, as it has been clearly shown that CNN is aligned with the agenda of the American Left, making my statement one of fact and not opinion.]
This propaganda piece is also known as ‘The Slippery Slope.’ This is yet another fallacy. What happens here is, when the GOP democratically votes to do something within its Party, the Left claims it is a threat to democracy in general. A reasonable person would not only notice that there is absolutely no reason to accept the claim that a Party voting on its platform/direction is not a threat to a nation doing the same, the reasonable person would also notice that it is the author — not the Party — who is threatening democracy. he does so in two ways:
1 — He denies the Party its right to vote however its membership desires.
2 — It asserts that questioning clearly questionable election results is a threat in itself.
Both are a threat to democracy! First, a Party that is not free to set its own agenda by democratic vote is attacking democracy. Second, not being able to demand proof that an election was not rigged is an attack on democracy. The author has done both, then accuses the people questioning his Party of being the threat. At least, the author is truthful here: challenging his Party is a threat — to the author’s Party! And, in this case, rightfully so.
Now, setting aside the fact that this nation is not, never was and — YHWH willing — never will be a ‘democracy,’ let’s look at where the spirit of ‘democracy’ comes. Is it of YHWH, or of Satan?
By definition, ‘democracy’ encompasses the notion of ‘majority rule.’ Well, our Founders called this, ‘The Tyranny of the Masses,’ and they were right to do so. You see, the masses represent this world, or, at the very least, the way the world thinks. But YHWH tells His people not to be part of the masses. He says to be in/among them, but not to conform to them:
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
In short: the masses do not and will never advocate for the things YHWH says are good and right and acceptable to Him. Therefore, advocating for ‘democracy’ is to advocate for Satan! Yes! You read that correctly, and I mean it — because it is 100% FACT!
After all, the masses ‘voted’ to execute an innocent man:
3 They shouted back, “Crucify Him!” 14 But Pilate said to them, “Why, what evil has He done?” But they shouted all the more, “Crucify Him!” 15 Intent on satisfying the crowd, Pilate released Barabbas for them, and after having Jesus flogged, he handed Him over to be crucified.
Tell me, how is Pilot executing a man he knows is innocent simply to satisfy the crowed any different from our Government allowing BLM and ANTIFA to murder and destroy — simply to satisfy the masses?
What! You say ANTIFA and BLM are not the majority? Are you sure? After all, the same people telling you the election was not rigged are the ones telling you that ANTIFA and BLM represent the majority of Americans. You believe them about the election, so why not believe them when it comes to everything they tell you to believe?
Oh! And one more thing: if you think the religious stuff in this post has nothing to do with our founding ideals… Well, congratulations, you are in the ‘majority’ opinion. If that makes you feel good — makes you feel you are correct — then you are ‘of the world.’ Now how do you feel about ‘democracy’? 🙂
OK, enough! Stop blaming oil companies because the government is driving up the cost of oil. It is not their fault! You should know this by now. If you do, then this post is not intended for you. If you already know what is going on, then spread this post far and wide. However, if you do not understand that I just asserted a cold, hard, 100% fact, put down that stupid phone and turn off the dang TV. Take the time to educate yourself by reading this post. If it cost Exxon $40 to pull a barrel of oil from the ground, but government policies and bungling around the world causes the cost of that barrel to go up to $125+/barrel, they are going to make more money! That should be a given. But Exxon does not set the price of their oil. The market does that!

Government shuts down pipelines, ends drilling leases, pulls or denies permits for new refineries, decrees regulations that increase the cost of producing and moving oil to market and — to cap it all off — they mess around in parts of the world where we have no interest getting involved and where it is known that unrest will lead to a spike in oil prices. They do all of this, then, when the cost of gas naturally — and predictably — goes up, they sit back, claim they are innocent and helpless and that it is all the fault of the ‘rich oil companies.’ ENOUGH! It is all a lie, and it id a lie designed to get you to support and defend the governments manipulation of the market to further an agenda the People never voted to implement.

It also paid off the auto companies and the auto unions by forcing people to buy expensive new cars instead of older used cars. To the Left, this was a win-win-win all the way around. We foolishly rushed to ‘sell’ ourselves our own cars (well, force our neighbors to buy our cars by voting for these tyrants), which made the auto companies rich, which made the auto unions more money, which was then laundered back to the Left, who had now achieved their goal of eliminating older cars — and they made all of us pay for the whole thing!
These Left-Wing schemes are everywhere. This is what ‘Student Loan Forgiveness’ is all about: tricking you into electing people who promise to take your debt and give it to someone else to pay so they can program you to become automatons in their army while enriching their University allies and tricking you into thinking you are actually getting an education — all at the same time, and all on the People’s dime.
Well, that is what is happening now. Destroy the oil market so their partners in the auto and oil industries can get rich while the Left is busy destroying the very system that supports these companies. You see, the corporations are not innocent in all of this. They go along with it because they are blinded by greed. All they can see is the extra $$$ in the short term. They do not realize they are supporting the very rope which will eventually hang them. I mean, seriously: how many oil companies and auto plants are doing well in Venezuela or Cuba right now (and you know darn well I mean domestically!)???
So, pile on the oil companies all you’d like. You are just doing the Left’s job for them. You are giving them the excuse they need to freeze prices and increase taxes, which will further destroy the market until — eventually — they claim that Capitalism has failed — just like they said it would. They will blame everyone of their victims for the failure, then sell you the solution they couldn’t sell at the ballot box: COMMUNISM!
The sad part is, by the time this becomes obvious to you, the manufactured famine and pandemic fears will drive you into their open arms — begging to be enslaved! All you’ll want in return is a scrap of bread.
If you doubt me, just wait. I’ll most likely be dead by the time it happens, but this post may still exist to bear witness to the truth of my words!
