Not That It Will Matter, BUT THIS IS AN OPEN REBELLION!

I am at wits end with our entire government.  We are witnessing open rebellion, but no one — absolutely no one — is doing anything to stop it!

Here is just one example of this open rebellion:

This is a violation of their oath’s to their States and the U.S. Constitution.  It is also an open rebellion.  Here is why I say this:

Section 4 Republican Form of Government

  • The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.

And, from Webster’s 1828 Dictionary:

REPUB’LIC, noun [Latin respublica; res and publica; public affairs.]

1. A commonwealth; a state in which the exercise of the sovereign power is lodged in representatives elected by the people. In modern usage, it differs from a democracy or democratic state, in which the people exercise the powers of sovereignty in person. Yet the democracies of Greece are often called republics.

2. Common interest; the public. [Not in use.]

Now, at first glance, this would appear to leave us with a problem of interpretation.  Are ‘The People’ defined as everyone residing within a State, or just the citizens of that State?  But this is not a problem at all — not if we hold to definitions and the law.  A commonwealth is a State or nation, not all the people of the world.  Furthermore, the U.S. Constitution and the laws that have been passed according to its provisions define the parameters of citizenship.  Therefore, those who are — by definition — illegal aliens are not and cannot be considered ‘citizens.’  Which means they are not part of ‘the people’ of any State in this union.

This is the point:

BY REPRESENTING ILLEGALS OVER CITIZENS, THESE STATE GOVERNMENTS ARE VIOLATING THE U.S. CONSTITUTION’S GUARANTEE OF A REPUBLICAN GOVERNMENT!

This is a rebellion, plain and simple.  It should be treated as such and, if it is not, it won’t destroy the country — it already has.  If left to go unpunished, then this rebellion has succeeded — as a matter of established fact — in destroying the social contracts we call the State and Federal Constitutions.
