Jefferson warned us about the vulnerability within the Judicial Branch of the Federal Government.  Intended to be the weakest of the three branches, Jefferson warned that it could (and would likely) become the strongest and, if not checked, eventually turn into what we are seeing today: JUDICIAL TYRANNY!

Here is yet another story of a ‘judge’ over-reaching his authority to interfere with the proper and lawful execution of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government:

The CONSTITUTION charges the PRESIDENT with enforcing the laws of the Federal Government.  These are ILLEGAL ALIENS.  He does NOT owe them ‘due process’ before deporting them.  If they are caught, they should be deported — post with — period!

Any ‘judge’ getting in the way of this is acting outside their Constitutional authority and — if it persists — should be charged with interfering in the lawful execution of the government.

Evidently, President Trump and his lawyers agree with my take on this judicial interference:

This judicial tyranny must stop — now!  Please, Mr. President, use the laws on the books to end this tyrannical reign from the bench.
