This MSNBC ‘legal analyst’ needs to go back to law school (assuming he even went to law school — meaning a real law school):

He continued, “The crisis occurs and we’ve already talked about it at the moment when there is a court order and the president or the administration refuses to follow it, because historically, we don’t really have a clear answer for what to do in that situation.

Two things:

1 — The President is under no legal obligation to obey a judicial order that overreaches the judge’s authority — as is the case in almost every one of these recent ‘orders.’

2 — There is a legal means of dealing with such a situation.  Either Congress can impeach and remove the President (or the lawless judge), or the People can resolve the issue in the next election.

This guy really needs to read the Constitution.

Now, given that we just had an election, and that President Trump promised to do exactly what he is doing, it would seem — at least at the moment — that the People have spoken.  Which means:
