One of the primary purposes of government is to protect its people and preserve their lives.  When government actively imports and then protects people who kill its citizens, that government wages war on its people.

Setting aside the larger ramifications of this fact and looking strictly at the legal aspects, this government seems guilty of murder — and not just in the recent case of the New York City subway killing.  By knowingly and with forethought importing and then protecting people who have no regard for the law, this government shares in whatever crimes the people they import then commit.  In short, they become accomplices.

This is by definition.  In this case, the Biden Administration is the proximate cause (first chain in the link of events leading up to the crime).  I say this because, without the Biden Administration’s (and DNC’s) active facilitation and defense of the illegal aliens in this country, the majority of these crimes would never have happened.  But the Biden Administration has not only protected these criminals, they have done so with full knowledge of the effect of their presence in the U.S.  This implies intent.

So, we have intent, opportunity and motive (the desire to destroy the nation so they can re-make it in their own image).  These illegal alien criminals then become the weapon the Biden Administration is using against the American People.  Therefore, the Biden Administration — or at least everyone in the chain of responsibility for controlling our borders — is guilty of any and all crimes committed by these illegal aliens.

Then, when we consider that the DNC and the Biden Administration have worked for years to create this situation, and used embezzled tax payer funds to do so, they can rightfully be defined as a criminal organization.  This opens up the RICO statutes, under which the whole criminal enterprise could and should be prosecuted.

And this is not new.  It’s been happening for years (as our featured picture demonstrates).  This whole lawless situation begs for a hero. Where is our modern-day Elliot Ness when we need him/her?
