“If we allow Supreme Court nominees to lie under oath and secure lifetime appointments to the highest court of the land and then issue without basis — if you read these opinions — issue without basis, rulings that deeply undermine the human and civil rights of the majority of Americans, we must see that through,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
OK, first things first, THIS IS ILLEGAL SPEECH! AOC is sworn to uphold the U.S. Constitution — even when she does not like the result. Heck, especially when she does not like the result. She would be the first one demanding the Right accept an unconstitutional ruling had the Court ruled as she wanted it to, but here, she is calling for retaliation when the Court actually rules according to the Constitution. That means that a strong case can be made that AOC is calling for violence against SCOTUS, especially in light of her support for the ‘protests’ (i.e. terrorism) that has been directed at several members of the Court in recent days. Should that case be made, her words here would then represent subversion/sedition, and both are a violation of federal law.
However, illegality of her words aside, this is yet another clear example of how the Left lies. Allow me to use AOC’s own words to demonstrate.
AOC says that there must be retaliation for lying to get on the bench, then ruling opposite of what was said.
AOC claims she is for ‘democracy,’ yet, when ‘democracy’ does not go her way, she demands ‘retaliation.’
Hence, AOC has lied to get in office, then, once in office, she rules against ‘democracy.’
AOC is guilty of the very thing she accuses SOCTUS of doing. Her actions are 180 degrees out of sync with her words.

Now, let us look — carefully — at her accusations. No one on the bench has lied to get confirmed except — maybe — Sotomayor. None of the Justices said to be ‘Right-Wing’ have ever been shown to have lied during their confirmation hearings. However, given their rulings, the same cannot be said about the Justices on the Left. However, if the ‘Right-Wing’ Justices did lie, it was not about supporting a radical agenda and then voting in line with the Constitution, but exactly the opposite: they claimed to be Constitutionalism but, once in office, they have ruled against the Constitution. Roberts and Obamacare would be a perfect example.
So, if and when AOC seeks to remove Roberts, Sotomayor and all the other Leftists who have voted contrary to what they said in their confirmation hearings, all we have here in this story is another tyrannical extremist putting her hypocrisy on full display.
