“When will they ever learn?” is a refrain in a 1960’s anti-war song. The song has an interesting history, but the question it asks is as relevant today as it has ever been, and — sadly — the answer appears to be… never!
So, you ask what the picture on this post has to do with the title and song lyrics? The answer is simple — and profoundly connects the two:
People have always believed they can change reality by speaking their desires into existence, but it never works — ever!
Hence, you can claim 2+2=5, but it does not and never will.
What’s more, if you show true, agape love for these delusional souls and try to correct them, to show them the error of their beliefs, they often attack you. They claim you are hateful for rejecting the delusions. Some will even try to kill you for your effort to save them from the consequences of their delusions. This is the case for many who are leaving the United States to go live with those they believe will embrace their insanity — and yet, they still do not learn!
