When will the remnant of America wake up and call this coalition of the Politicians, Courts, Bureaucracies and their Propaganda Arm what it is: an open act of treason?!
The fact of the matter is that the ‘Deep State’ (i.e. radical Leftists, the Courts, the Bureaucracies, the ‘Education’ system, the ‘Media’ and Wall Street) represents a organized and coordinated attack on the American People and the U.S. Constitution. An attack with the stated purpose of overthrowing our original system of government and replacing it with a new system for which the People will not be allowed to vote or give their consent.
If we will but bother to examine the facts of the issue, we will find that the Founder’s definition of treason has been met. To wit:
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
To which I would refer the reader to Webster’s 1828 dictionary (so as to deference the plain meaning of these words as understood by the men who wrote and ratified them):
TREASON is the highest crime of a civil nature of which a man can be guilty. Its signification is different in different countries. In general, it is the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance, or of betraying the state into the hands of a foreign power. In monarchies, the killing of the king, or an attempt to take his life, is treason In England, to imagine or compass the death of the king, or of the prince, or of the queen consort, or of the heir apparent of the crown, is high treason; as are many other offenses created by statute.
In the United States, treason is confined to the actual levying of war against the United States, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.

1. To make war; to invade or attack a nation or state with force of arms; to carry on hostilities; or to be in a state of contest by violence.
The evidence that we are in such a state of war is clear to those who understand that ‘war’ does not necessarily demand the use of regulated military forces on an open battlefield. If such were the case, the Revolution would not have amounted to a ‘war’ as much of it was fought by irregulars. I submit the following as just a few of the many open examples meeting the above definitions:

This represents an open declaration of opposition to the duly elected and legitimate authority of the United States of America. This then means that these people — many holding public office — represent an entity at war with the United States. This is by definition!
Furthermore, it is a violent attack on this nation, as represented by their many organizations which they coordinate to bring about their political goals. Occupy, BLM, ANTIFA and now the terrorist campaign against Tesla and the SWATING of political opponents are just a few examples. But the organization has also been revealed:

The Deep State is undermining our political system through dictatorial courts. Wisconsin is to the States and the SCOTUS is to the nation, and that is a war on the Constitution. The influx of illegals is being defended because they need their invasion of dependent voters, funded by illegal raids on the American Treasuries.
The Courts are even defending this lawlessness:

Even if the reader refuses to accept that this all represents open warfare on the nation, then the reader must — under an objective evaluation of the facts –at least admit that they constitute sedition and subversion, as defined by U.S. Code:

Ex parte Bollman (1807) significantly shaped the understanding of “levying war” against the United States. Chief Justice John Marshall clarified that mere conspiracy to levy war does not amount to treason; there must be an actual assemblage of men with the intent to pursue a treasonable purpose.
Cramer v. United States (1945) refined the requirements for proving treason, particularly regarding “adhering to enemies, giving them aid and comfort.” The Supreme Court stressed that concrete actions aiding enemies must be coupled with intent to betray the nation. Mere associations or expressions of sympathy are insufficient for treason charges.
The Court emphasized the “overt act” requirement, insisting that each act alleged must be substantiated by the testimony of two witnesses. This high standard was designed to safeguard against political prosecutions and ensure that treasonous intent is clearly evident.
Not only do we have the requirements expressed in both of these previous rulings, but we have statements made on open video that amount to confessions. The problem is, we — as a nation — have become so deaf, dumb and blind that we no longer recognize treason for what it is. THIS IS TREASON!
That, or we’re just cowards (or worse, co-conspirators to this treason).
