This is a perfect example of The RTC’s ‘180 Degree Rule:’

The RTC’s ‘180 Degree Rule’ is simple:

The Left accuses the Right of being and doing what it actually is and does.

It is more commonly known as projection, but it is essentially the same thing and it is a very good rule of thumb when it comes to deciphering Left-wing propaganda.  Take this story as an example:

Raskin: ‘GOP Is Really at War with the Government of the People’

The reality is the exact opposite of what Raskin claims.  The American People elected President Trump with solid numbers.  President Trump is trying to keep his campaign promises.  The Left is illegally opposing his every attempt to do so.  That is defined as obstruction, subversion, sedition and it may even rise to the level of insurrection and even treason.

The key is to ignore what the Left says (they lie) and focus on what they do.  When we do this, the Left exposes itself for what it actually is.
