We are at war. It is a Civil War. It is being fought according to the rules of asymmetrical warfare (i.e. using terrorism, and our own taxes/legal system against us). We are in a How can no one see this?
On 6 January 2020, the Deep State (hereafter referred to as DS) manufactured a false flag attack on the U.S. Capital for the purposes of labeling it an insurrection so that they could then frame Donald Trump and use the allegations to disqualify him from running for the office of the President. Can we prove this in a court of law? Given everything we now know about the Jan 6 event, the chances are very good, especially if the case were given a fair hearing. However, for the purposes at hand, it is not necessary to prove this assertion in a court of law as we are not dealing with a matter of civil law. We are, as a matter of fact, dealing with a state of open warfare against the duly elected and rightful government of the United States of America.
If the reader will allow me to open my case with the following definition from the Webster’s 1828 Dictionary:
REBEL’LION, noun [Latin rebellio. among the Romans, rebellion was originally a revolt or open resistance to their government by nations that had been subdued in war. It was a renewed war.]
1. An open and avowed renunciation of the authority of the government to which one owes allegiance; or the taking of arms traitorously to resist the authority of lawful government; revolt. rebellion differs from insurrection and from mutiny. Insurrection may be a rising in opposition to a particular act or law, without a design to renounce wholly all subjection to the government. Insurrection may be, but is not necessarily, rebellion Mutiny is an insurrection of soldiers or seamen against the authority of their officers.
No sooner is the standard of rebellion displayed, than men of desperate principles resort to it.
2. Open resistance to lawful authority.
I further submit the following:

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Now, so that we can all be clear as to the legal meaning of rebellion or insurrection, I cite the following:

§2385. Advocating overthrow of Government
Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or
Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so; or
Whoever organizes or helps or attempts to organize any society, group, or assembly of persons who teach, advocate, or encourage the overthrow or destruction of any such government by force or violence; or becomes or is a member of, or affiliates with, any such society, group, or assembly of persons, knowing the purposes thereof—

I submit that the DS, and its many associated operatives, are — by the definition of the law — in an open state of rebellion against the duly elected government of the United States. To support my assertion, I submit the information contained in my previous post:

What we see playing out in our nation right now is nothing less than a civil war. The DS is using NGO’s to finance terrorist campaigns using taxpayer monies and it is being protected by the Courts and the ‘Media,’ as well as their Democrat and Republican allies within the halls of Congress. One need only read the headlines and apply them to the definitions to see that this is objectively true:

- To overthrow or destroy (a government or an established order or authority). synonym: overthrow.
Similar: overthrow- To undermine, overturn, or render ineffective (a rule or an established notion, such as a stereotype, for example).
- To cause to serve a purpose other than the original or established one; commandeer or redirect.
sedition /sĭ-dĭsh′ən/
- Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state.
- Insurrection; rebellion.
- The raising of commotion in a state, not amounting to insurrection; conduct tending to treason, but without an overt act; excitement of discontent against the government, or of resistance to lawful authority.
insurrection /ĭn″sə-rĕk′shən/
- The act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.
- A rising against civil or political authority, or the established government; open and active opposition to the execution of law in a city or state.
- A rising in mass to oppose an enemy.
I would also add that this is an asymmetrical war being fought — in part — through terrorism, and that this meets the definition according to U.S. Law:
According to 6 USCS § 101, the term terrorism is “any activity that–
(A) involves an act that–
(i) is dangerous to human life or potentially destructive of critical infrastructure or key resources; and
(ii) is a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State or other subdivision of the United States; and
(B) appears to be intended–
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping.”
We are at war. It is a Civil War. It is being fought according to the rules of asymmetrical warfare (i.e. using terrorism, and our own taxes/legal system against us). It must be fought accordingly. Trying to fight this as a collection of individual legal violations overlooks the coordinated effort that it represents when taken as a whole.
