The RTC has been blogging about these lawless judges, and offering thoughts about how to deal with them. Well, a series of recent headlines proves that we had this whole issue figured out correctly. What’s more, these same headlines prove that you do not need the ‘experts’ to tell you what to think, you can figure it out for yourself.

And these rogue judges are not following the law. They are acting without Constitutional authority, but also, outside of the norms of proper judicial ethics, as well:
The RTC regrets to inform this ‘judge’ that an unconstitutional ruling need not be obeyed as it carries no weight within the rule of law.

And there’s more. This story shows us that the case against President trump was never legal. From the beginning, it was utterly lawless:

The result of all these lawless rulings from these rogue activists masquerading as ‘judges’ is clear, as Rep. Jim Jordan explains:
I am not a fan of Mr. Gingrich, but he states the truth of this whole issue correctly in the following story: this judicial lawlessness is an assault on the U.S. Constitution and our system of law.
And in fact, if you read the Federalist Papers, which are the primary introduction to what does the Constitution mean, they make it very clear.
They believe the legislative branch and the executive branch are much more powerful than the judicial for a practical reason. The Congress and the President together can simply abolish judges. It’s only with Marbury versus Madison, which is totally dishonest in how it’s currently portrayed.

So you start from that background, and you realize that where we are today is that the last castle of left-wing nutism are these district judges and one or two Supreme Court judges, and that what they’re doing is a fundamental assault on the constitutional order.
The Trump Administration has responded properly — and legally — to these subversive within our system:

And President Trump has started to do exactly what The RTC called on him to do. Although this next story is about Biden, it is dealing with the correction of the lawlessness that has held our nation in its grasp for the past four years.
But the Trump Administration is also fighting back against these seditious ‘judges’ and their attempts to subvert the U.S. Constitution and rule of law, and they are doing it legally!
The RTC applauds all of these actions. However, to this point, all of this is nothing more than the usual; words and posturing for appearances. The RTC will not be satisfied that real change has come to Washington D.C. until it starts seeing charges filed and hand cuffs being applied. Until then, this is more of the usual same from our politicians: all theater, no reality.

P.S. We had all of this figured out a while back, as our records will attest. It does not take an ‘expert’ to do this. All you need is some knowledge of our founding, the Constitution, Progressives and human nature. Then you can ‘do the math’ all by yourself and, if you have any common sense at all, you will come up with an answer that will be closer to reality than most anything you get from the talking heads out there.

Congress needs to pass a law to stop this insanity, NOW.
I know how you feel. However, rather than making MORE laws, how about we simply demand Congress and the President enforce the laws already on the books. The Constitution says judges can be removed for ‘bad behavior.’ Let’s push that and force the Supreme Court to explain what it means and how a judge is removed under such conditions (note: this is separate from impeachment).
Next, these actions are subversive to the point of sedition and maybe even treason. These ‘judges’ can and should be charged and prosecuted accordingly.
As with most things, we already have the laws we need, we just need representation with the will to enforce them, and that ‘will’ starts with and comes from US! 🙂
