It is starting to feel almost as if we at the RTC are prophetic — but we’re not.  We just know and understand human nature, logic and logical extension.  That’s how we had this one predicted and the remedy laid out long before we got here.

First, the stories that seem to affirm what we explained months ago:

This one would appear to show that the White House staff was deliberately manipulating a mentally incapacitated senior citizen, which — if true — 0constitutes fraud and subversion approaching the level of treason:

Then there is this story which, again, if true, means that these pardons are illegal:

Since Biden cannot be trusted to remember well enough participate in any investigation into this matter, it would seem the only proper remedy would be to nullify everything carrying the weight of law that was signed by the auto pen.  This is because the Constitution stipulates that legally binding documents must be signed by the President (not a mechanical substitute).  The auto pen is acceptable for routine signatures, such as Presidential pictures, etc., but not for anything that may be called into a court dispute.  In that case, it requires a legally and morally accountable person behind the signature and, in the case of the auto pen, the machine does not qualify.

Therefore, The RTC calls on the Trump Administration to nullify all pertinent documents and to open an investigation into who usurped the Presidency these past four years.  And, if or when we can find them, to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.  The charge is treason, as the illegally took over the nation’s Executive and this meets the legal definition o0f an attack on the Federal Government, the Several States, the U.S. Constitution and the American people.
