This country just came out of a legitimate coup, where the 2020 election was stolen, a cancer-ridden, mentally incapacitated puppet figure was installed and the nation was run by un-elected, unaccountable and totally anonymous tyrants. Now, we are witnessing another open coup. This time, it is being staged by the Courts, and the Supreme Court is leading the insurrection.
Make no mistake about this one, folks. The 2020 election was stolen (the evidence is now being allowed into courts that are no longer under Deep State control, and it is clear that this is exactly what happened). This was an act of treason, and it is being brought to light by the Biden cancer and auto pen scandals. However, this is in the past. In the present, we have another, very real insurrection taking place, and it is being waged by tyrants in black robes.
“And so, it cannot stand. We are not getting out of this presidency without having to thoroughly reject one of these unconstitutional, nationwide injunctions. We cannot be tolerant of this judicial coup. We cannot have an administration, and a Congress, that sits back and allows the Harvard Law admissions council to be able to run the country,” Gaetz said.
Mr. Gaetz is correct: if he is to take back the presidency from Tyrant Roberts and his bang of SCOTUS henchmen, Trump is going to have to ignore these unconstitutional mandates from the courts. Incidentally, this is most likely why Gaetz was pushed out: because the Deep State fears him.
In the recent ruling where the SCOTUS said Trump has to give illegal foreign enemies “time to appeal their deportations,’ Justice Alito rightfully stated:
“I cannot join the decision of the Court,” he began. He followed with offering three justifications: that the Supreme Court “lacked jurisdiction,” that the plaintiffs didn’t show that an injunction was warranted, and that the decision to hear the case before any decision had been made on the merits by lower courts is “unwarranted.”
Justice Alito is a real judge, in that he followed the law. Therefore, the ruling is illegitimate and, as a consequence, UNCONSTITUTIONAL! The SCOTUS ruling has no legal or Constitutional standing and Trump should ignore it. In fact, The RTC would argue Trump has a duty to ignore it. Otherwise, he is passively giving aid and comfort to this Judicial takeover of the national government, which is treason!
