I fell for this in 2020. I will not fall for it again. The following is a short but very important post explaining why my suspicions are on high alert. Please watch the following 3 minute video, then read my short commentary. Then, decide for yourself.
Why FIRING Lawsuits Against Trump are TRASH In 3 Minutes
MY COMMENTARY
1 — By surrendering his Presidency to these rogue judges, Trump is ceding the authority of the Executive to the lower courts.
These lower courts are NOT equal to the Executive! The Supreme Court is, but the lower courts are subject to the Legislature and Executive (please see the U.S. Constitution). Therefore, buy acting as though these injunctions have binding authority over him, Trump is giving the impression that he would be in the wrong if he ignores them.
2 — This empowers the bureaucratic Deep State by setting a precedent that will — ultimately — destroy the last vestiges of the U.S. Constitution.
Perception is reality, so, by allowing it to appears as though this judicial insurrection is lawful, Trump gives credibility to their lawlessness which re-invigorates the Left and restores the influence of the Left-Wing propaganda ministry known as ‘the media.’
3 — If this lawyer knows all this, so does Trump’s legal team.
This suggests that this is all just more Kabuki Theater; smoke and mirrors designed to make rank-0and-file Republicans believe Trump is being stopped by the Left when — in reality — he is catering to them.
I hope and pray I am wrong, but I know I am not wrong on the facts. This is a judicial insurrection by lesser and inferior courts. The whole thing is unconstitutional, therefore, lawless on its face. To continue to pretend the lesser court orders have any legitimacy
IS TO GIVE THEM LEGAL LEGITIMACY IN THE EYES OF THE WORLD!
STOP IT! IGNORE THEM AND EXECUTE THE AGENDA YOU WERE ELECTED TO IMPLEMENT!
OR LOSE MY SUPPORT
And that of anyone else who seeks to save the country rather than the man.

One possible alternative: Both the Big Orange One and his legal team’s gambit is to force (shame?) the Supreme Court to engage on the behavior of the inferior courts. From the current state of affairs, a failure of the gambit changes nothing. But success…

We’ll see, but failure does change something: it all but codifies this lawlessness and consolidates all three branches under the Judiciary. Trump will have another failed Presidency and we will have FINALLY lost the nation (though no one will see it for a while, and when they do, it will be too late).
Based on what I have read in Fed. 78 & 79 previously, and Anti-Fed 11 & 12 this evening, and observed over the past weeks, if not years, and not to leave out what I have learned from you and Charlie, the lawlessness is already codified. The gambit may be a last shot to reverse course – provided I am not completely off the edge of the map. Here there be monsters!
Yes, it has been cvodified. But it can be corrected, but not the way Trump is doing it. At least, not in my opinion. The way I see it, the only solution is to go on national TV, explain the Constitution, how Marbury vs Madison unlawfully amended it by Judicial decree, and how these current court rulings are a perpetuation of the same lawlessness. Through in the assertions of Hamilton and Jefferson for good measure. then tell America he is reclaiming the RIGHTFUL AND LAWFUL authority of the President and say good night. Next day, continue with his agenda and, after that, arrest anyone who tries to stop him for sedition and subversion. Anything less than taking this TO THE PEOPLE, and explaining it — in detail — WILL fail. It will fail because we are an ignorant people conditioned to accept the lies of our masters.
But what do I know. I’m a nobody. So I hope I am wrong and everyone else is correct. Sadly, however, it has been my experience in such matters that the majority is seldom in the right. That doesn’t make me right, but it does increase my odds…
