Previously, I objected to President Trump going along with these unlawful court orders (Our Rouge Judiciary and President Trump’s ‘All-In’ Gamble).  Today, my fears have come true.

The argument is simple:

The President is the head of the Executive, and he has sole authority over it.

The Judiciary has no authority to direct the Executive’s handling of his Constitutional duties.

If Trump allows the Courts to dictate Presidential actions, he will create an oligarchy of un-elected, un-accountable judges who will rule — through the un-elected and un-accountable bureaucracies — in perpetuity.

Here is the story that seals our fate:

This ruling is the precedent the Deep State needed to destroy the last vestiges of our Constitutional system.  Pres— err, not any more, sorry.  Mr Trump cannot defy this ruling now — not without handing the DS the perfect optics:

That Trump is a tyrant and is defying the Supreme Court

This was my greatest fear:

That Trump’s lack of ideology would end us.

Well, it has.  I know most will disagree, but the masses never see history until after they can look back on it.  I see it because I am already looking back on it, by using history as a guide to the events of today.

Do not fall for all the ‘experts’ and their cabal of talking heads when they try to explain how this ruling is ‘not as bad as it seems.’  IT’S WORSE THAN IT SEEMS!

Look, this is ‘foreign aid.’  Foreign aid is — by definition — a matter of FOREIGN POLICY!  Foreign Policy is the SOLE REALM OF THE PRESIDENT!  Therefore,

THIS RULING IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF SEPARATION OF POWERS!

PERIOD — FULL STOP!
