Is Trump Stepping into ANOTHER ‘COVID’ Mess Already?

I have not been slow to voice my concerns about President Trump.  I am not entirely sure he is a ‘friend’ of Liberty or the U.S. Constitution.  Now, only weeks into his second term, he is doing something that is, in my opinion, potentially more damaging than the way he handled COVID.

Let me start by saying that — so far — President Trump is doing something I have not seen a president do since Coolidge:

He’s taking back lost ground!

I support his efforts and will gladly give him all the credit due to him and his Administration for these efforts.  However, he is also doing something that is of great concern to me.  Here is just one story highlighting my concern:

Trump Says He Will Follow Court Orders as Judges Block His Actions

President Donald Trump said on Feb. 11 that he would abide by court rulings blocking his agenda, but would also appeal them in hopes that higher courts will reverse those decisions in his favor.

Here is a story detailing the Republican plans to deal with these rogue judges:

House Republicans prepare to impeach federal judges blocking Trump, DOGE policies

My concern is this:

1 — By allowing rogue judges to dictate to the Executive, he places the Judiciary at the pinnacle of the U.S. Government triad, thereby destroying the last vestiges of separation of powers and making the Judiciary supreme.

The President has as much authority to decide what is and is not Constitutional as the States, Congress and the Judiciary.  The Judiciary’s Constitutional role is supposed to be to decide between differences of opinion between the Executive, Congress and States.  However, the Left has progressively used the Judiciary as a superior branch of government, and President Trump is acting in a way that could cement this into our system forever.

2 — The GOP’s “impeach these judges” move plays good in the media, but I fear it is a deliberate move by the Deep State Uniparty to undermine Trump and further strengthen the Judiciary’s position as a oligarch dictatorship.

The thinking here is simple:

The GOP knows it does not have the votes to convict and remove any of these judges, and that is assuming they even have the votes to impeach any one of them.  The GOP knows this (so do Trump and his people).  So, by trying to impeach the judges — and predictably failing — the GOP gets to say they tried, then tell their voters they need more Republicans to succeed, so vote R.  It is the same old dance the GOP always plays (how progressive of them).

3 — If President Trump bows to the courts and loses in the impeachment/appeals process, then the Judiciary will have its ‘precedent’ for all time and it becomes the Supreme authority of the land.

If that happens, the judges become un-elected, life-long oligarchs with unlimited power.  What’s more, they will preside over the un-elected oligarchs within the bureaucracies they are currently trying to protect.  This would finalize Woodrow Wilson’s dream of an appointed government with an elected head of the administrative state, otherwise known as a dictator.

I may well be worried about nothing, but then, I might not be.  I might actually being seeing a very real possibility that could lead to the final nail being hammered into the coffin of the ‘American Experiment.’  I know where I stand on the matter.  I’ll leave you, the reader, to decide where you stand for yourself.  All I ask is that you consider my concern and the logic behind it.
