The latest acts by Biden’s handlers have me wondering why President Trump shouldn’t just declare these people to be a crime syndicate and prosecute them all under the RICO statutes?

Under the RICO Laws (CHAPTER 96—RACKETEER INFLUENCED AND CORRUPT ORGANIZATIONS), the ‘Deep State’ (which includes the entire Democrat Party and much of the Republican Party), as well as their partners in media, social media, entertainment, education, organized labor, etc., can and should be declared to be a giant criminal enterprise and prosecuted under the RICO statutes. They certainly appear to meet the requirements:

For example, RICO law punishes crime bosses who order their subordinates to carry out criminal activities for them. Following this suggested coarse of action would carry an added benefit. It is an established principle of law that criminals cannot benefit from the product of their criminal activity. Therefore, everything Biden (and his handlers) have done since he usurped the office of the President would be null and void. This would include all of his pardons.
Furthermore, upon conviction(s), it would provide a legal means of pursuing recuperation of public funds embezzled under the guise of ‘foreign aid,’ and or ‘welfare’ services.
President Trump, seriously, I beg you to consider looking into this. It is legal. It just requires the will to act on it.
