Can We Be Honest About Jan 6, 2020 and Focus on the REAL Insurrection in America?

What happened in Washington, D.C. on January 6, 2020 was not an insurrection.  Heck, even the ‘Wall Street Journal’ gets this right, so why can’t the Democrats and the Media?

Stop Calling Jan. 6 an ‘Insurrection’

That’s a legal term that denotes much more than a sporadically violent riot or disturbance.

I won’t go into the mess that has been made of Jan 6 in this post.  Instead, I want to focus on a real insurrection that has been praised and protected by the same people who have falsely claimed Jan 6 was an insurrection.  An insurrection that is on-going, and which is ignored by the people using Jan 6 to attack and destroy their political opponents (which legally makes them a part of this insurrection).

First, we need to look at the definitions of the words we are using:

  1. The act or an instance of open revolt against civil authority or a constituted government.
  2. A rising against civil or political authority, or the established government; open and active opposition to the execution of law in a city or state.
  3. A rising in mass to oppose an enemy.

And the legal definition:

18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

As you can see, the Wall Street Journal is correct: January 6 does not meet the definition of an insurrection. However, there is an on-going ‘movement’ in the world that does meet these definitions:

BLM wants to ‘destroy the fabric’ of the US

Black Lives Matter leadership reveal plan to ‘completely dismantle’ society

These stories detail activities that amount to sedition:

sedition

  1. Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state.
  2. Insurrection; rebellion.
  3. The raising of commotion in a state, not amounting to insurrection; conduct tending to treason, but without an overt act; excitement of discontent against the government, or of resistance to lawful authority.

BLM was and remains anti-police, which are representatives of State and Federal authority:

Black Lives Matter movement demands defund, dismantle, reimagine policing

That makes the movement — and all who give it aid and support — guilty of sedition.  This is by definition!  And by the letter of the law!

Now, I am well aware that many will object, claiming that BLM is a civil rights and anti-racism movement.  However, because BLM used violence, terror and destruction in an effort to achieve its political goals, it meets the definition of a seditious movement.  Additionally, because it further seeks to dismantle and re-make the legal, political and governing structure of the country, it meets the definition of an insurrection:

“No More Tinkering, Tear Down the Master’s House”: Black Feminists and Black Lives Matter

Finally, BLM is — itself — a racist movement:

racism

  1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
  2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.
  3. The belief that each race has distinct and intrinsic attributes.

BLM Co-Founder: It Is Our Duty to Dismantle White Supremacy

Now, before you start accusing me of being a racist, take some time to seriously reflect on the evidence I have presented — and I do mean evidence.  I have used BLM, Left-Wing and official government definitions as my sources here.  And, while you can try to label definitions as ‘defined by white supremacy,’ that will not work here on TRTC, where the objective rules of logic govern.  What we have shown is this:

The American left (which includes BLM and ANTIFA) are currently in an active state of insurrection against the United States and the several States within!

Now, should I show you how all of this amounts to an undeclared war on the United States, and how that then makes all of these people guilty of treason, as well?  Or can you see that you are not in the middle of ‘civil unrest,’ but a civil war/revolution camouflaged as such?

Think about it,
