Why does the Right always allow the Left to brake the law when, if the exact same thing, the Left would put them in jail without counsel or due process?  I’m tired of it.  These people are breaking the law and it is time they are prosecuted for it.

If you continue to allow this sort of lawlessness to go un-punished, you not only get more of it, you establish a precedent that is nearly impossible to break in the future:

Most of these stories detail real crimes that violate real laws currently on the books.  They should be charged and prosecuted — every one of them.  By refusing to do so, we undermine the rule of law.  After all:

If the law is never upheld, it doesn’t cease to exist, the rule of law ceases to exist and the rule of Man takes over.

BTW: the rule of man is otherwise known as anarchy or tyranny — depending upon which way the pendulum swings.
