In recent weeks, I have written several times about how the American Left is a crime syndicate and needs to be prosecuted under the RICO statutes. I have also written about how all these judges telling President Trump he cannot audit the agencies under the Executive Branch are issuing illegal rulings, and that they need to be impeached and prosecuted. Well, it would appear I am not alone in my ‘opinions.’
Here are several related stories showing that I am not the only one thinking this way (NOTE: ‘unconstitutional = illegal, especially at the Federal level):
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal.
If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal.
Judges aren’t allowed to control the executive’s legitimate power.

I like this idea as to what to do about the problem of activist judges and judicial overreach, but I think it should be 5% and, even then, this is only a start.
The Progressives have identified the Courts as the weak point in our Federal Constitution, just as Jefferson did at the time the Constitution was being ratified. This is why the Progressives have infiltrated the courts, and have used them as a super-legislative/Executive body to strike down laws they do not like and make laws they cannot pass. This process is unconstitutional and it must end — now!
