Have you heard? The FBI is refusing to follow lawful orders and disclose the names of the 5,000 rogue FBI agents who investigated the Jan 6 events. Their excuse is the very same claimed by NAZI’s in the Nürnberg Trials conducted after WW II:
Here’s the story:
HERE WE GO: DOJ Won’t Fire FBI Agents Who ‘Simply Followed Orders’ in J6 Cases
The Nürnberg Trials established that one cannot claim “I was just following orders” as a defense for crimes against humanity. As Jan 6 was both a crime against the Natural Rights of the Americans imprisoned without Constitutional due process, and in violation of Constitutional protections for the accused; and because Jan 6 appears to represent both a case of entrapment as well as an attack against the American government, these rogue FBI agents should not be allowed to gt away with this.
Nor should this judge’s excuse for blocking President Trump’s lawful order be upheld:
And the agents certainly shouldn’t be allowed to sue the Executive:
I have several thoughts here:
1 — There is no legal basis to claim “I was just following orders.” Heck, when I was in the military, they told us that will not stand up in a military court, so why should it be allowed here?
2 — There is no public safety issue with disclosing these names. In fact, given the whole appearance of government over-reach, there is a public need for transparency. Besides, as with the military, government law enforcement agents have to acknowledge and accept a certain degree of personal risk. Therefore, we should be allowed to know the names of these agents.
3 — One cannot sue the government for legally authorized orders. Here again,. the military cannot sue for the result of lawful orders, so these FBI agents should not be allowed to sue the DOJ.
All of this represents an attempt to escape personal responsibility for what appears to be unlawful actions by abusing the legal system and it needs to stop — NOW!
