Previously, I wrote a post asking why we keep pretending that anything the mentally diminished Joe Biden has signed is legally binding (link). Now we have yet another story where people seem to be pretending that Biden’s words have the force of law:

Now, admittedly, some of the stories about this lawless declaration do admit that Biden’s words have no authority behind them, but that isn’t the point. Many of the headlines covering this story are written in such a way as to give the impression that the ERA has now been put into law simply by Biden’s decree. This is not the case!
So, why do so many Americans pretend that things like this are anything more than meaningless words?
Now, make no mistake here: there are many within our government who actually want ‘their side’ to be able to enact law by dictatorial decree. If they could get away with it here, they would do it. And, if we keep going along with these lies, this decree could easily become ‘law’ when it is not. There are several historic p residences for this currently in the Constitution, so we should not ignore the possibility of it happening again with the ERA.
This brings me to my last question: why do we pretend the ERA is actually about ‘equal’ rights? It is not! It is about special rights, not equal rights. This is why the States refused to ratify it. It has nothing to do with equality, it has everything to do with the planned destruction of the social fabric of our culture and, thus, our nation — period!
And, please, do not try to call me names over this, or shout me down, or ‘prove me wrong’ in my opinion. I can and will defend it to such a decree that any and all rational and intellectually honest people will come down on my side of any ‘debate’ you may start. You’ve been warned. 🙂
