This heading is broken down into sub-headings headings, arranged according to the different periods and major events in the evolution of the concepts of Natural Rights, natural Law and individual Liberty.  Under each sub-heading, I have listed those books I have actually read by title and author, along with a brief description of the book and my personal comments.  For those wishing to follow-up on any of these books, I have linked their title to their listing page on Amazon.
